I can’t say enough good things about Stuart Gibbs’ book, “Charlie Thorne and the Curse of Cleopatra.” It is probably his best work yet and I’ve read most of his books. It’s amazing how much information/research has gone into the writing of this story. It was totally captivating and kept me wanting to read more of it (much later into the night than I had intended, too!). Not only are Gibbs’ characters of Charlie, her half-brother, CIA agent Dante, and Dante’s CIA agent girlfriend, Milana, but Cleopatra herself becomes a super strong character. Gibbs definitely educates the reader in the fascinating history of Cleopatra in an entertaining way.
I am happily giving this book a 5-star rating.
Thank you, Mr. Gibbs.
