These stories are full of suspense and humor. The character development makes the reader wish they could be part of this successful agency. I must say that The Creping Shadow is similar in some ways to previous L. & Co. stories, in so much as they solve a large, but less significant mystery, only to be confronted with the larger mystery later on.
